Pretty quick delivery, came in less than a month. Packaging was small and when I opened it, the needles were slightly bent and the box was opened. The pictures were taken after i bent the needles back to the normal position. It was probably crushed by some heavy items during delivery. Ash wood colour is a bit lighter in colour than what I was expecting though.

very nice product, but the needles are a bit too long in my opinion. Works just fine though :)

This is an ok product. Seems reasonably sized even for smaller portafilter, like mine for La Pavoni Europiccola post-millenium, the size of 51mm. Fast shipping and relatively ok packaging. Came a little crumbled but no effect on the item itself.

Generally the product was as expected, especially for the price, but a few small problems marred it: - there is a flaw in the wood, a small dent (natural) - 2 of the 3 stirrers were loose - the end cap had a small gap to the wood Given that the stirrer is so cheap, I am still happy to have bought it, but I wish theses problems weren't there.
