Received the goods in 18 days in Holland, this time in perfect condition. Very happy with it ! But last time one of the rods was damaged so I could not use the product because it was way too short. The seller did not help me right, only started to offer me 10, than 15, than 20 procent in return WHILE I COULD NOT USE THE PRODUCT ! Had to do very much work to make AliExpress himself help and settle the dispute for a couple of euro's less, so I was happy, but not with the help of the seller !!!! So beware when there are problems !

Received the product in 5weeks,but one of the rods was damaged(manufacturing fault)so the steel was too short to use.I asked for 1 new rod,seller said NO and offered me 15%in return!But I COULD NOT USE THE PRODUCT, so no.Than offered 20%,NO,than 25%.I opened a dispute, asked for the total amount or 1 new rod or new product. Seller suddenly in the dispute offered me 20% !AliExpess gave me that 20%,I refused and sent lots and lots of extra photo's and explanations (took me A LOT of work again), as I ordered 10 extra pads, I asked for a refund so I can buy a mop with no pads (as I already had the good pads) and a couple of euro's less. Thank god AliExpress gave me that 18 euro refund. Please don't give up when you have a dispute !!! Ask for what is fare ! And use my pictures if you have the same problem.
